Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of AutomatePulse Leads (the "Service"), operated by IT Formance (Private) Limited, trading as AutomatePulse, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. One person per account; Agency plans may add team members when that feature is available.

2. Plans, credits and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Each plan includes a number of leads per month; unused leads do not roll over. Card payments are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, which also handles invoices and sales tax. Manual payments (bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa) activate the plan for the period paid. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

3. Acceptable use

Use the Service to find and contact businesses about products or services that are relevant to them. You must follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including anti-spam and data-protection laws (for example PECA in Pakistan, GDPR/PECR in the UK and EU, CAN-SPAM in the US). Do not use the Service to send bulk unsolicited messages, harass anyone, resell raw data, or overload or reverse-engineer the Service.

4. Data

Business information comes from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. Revenue-loss and ROI figures are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for checking information before you rely on it.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change or improve features.

6. Ending the service

You can cancel any time from your account or by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses.
