This policy explains how IT Formance (Private) Limited, trading as AutomatePulse, Rawalpindi, Pakistan handles personal data in AutomatePulse Leads.

What we collect

Account data: name, email, agency details you add, a hashed password, sign-up IP address, plan and payment records. Usage data: searches, number of leads and AI replies used. Payment card details are handled by Paddle and never reach our servers.

Business data in search results

Search results contain public business information (name, address, phone, website, public business emails) collected from public listings and the business's own website. We process it on the basis of legitimate interest to help agencies find relevant clients. Businesses can ask us to exclude them by emailing us.

How we use it

To run your account, enforce plan limits, take payments, prevent abuse, and improve the Service. AI features send business facts (never your password or payment data) to our AI provider to write pitches.

Sharing

We share data only with providers who help us run the Service (hosting, payments by Paddle, AI text generation), or when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open and deleted within 90 days after you ask us to close it, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
